1. Introduction

Welcome to Studiomasters. We are a marketplace that allows artists to offer audio and music-related services to interested clients. By using our platform, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Registration and Platform Use

• Only clients can register on the platform.
• To register as a client on Studiomasters, you must be at least 18 years old.
• Artists do not register directly on the platform; they must contact Studiomasters via email to offer their services.
• Only audio and music-related services are allowed.

3. Payments and Fees

• Payments are processed through PayPal Connected Accounts.
• Studiomasters charges a variable fee, individually negotiated with each artist.
• There are no additional fees for using the platform.

4. Invoicing and Taxes

• Artists are responsible for managing their own invoicing and tax obligations.
• VAT is displayed at checkout, calculated based on the client's country.
• Studiomasters is not responsible for the tax compliance of artists.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Studiomasters does not intervene in disputes between clients and artists.
• If an artist does not provide the service, they must refund the client.
• Studiomasters facilitates communication between both parties but does not guarantee dispute resolution.

6. Intellectual Property

• Artists cannot upload multimedia content to their profiles.
• Clients can share public URLs of their songs or audio files for services such as mixing and composition.
• The rights to submitted content remain with their respective owners.

7. Responsibility and Usage Rules

• Studiomasters acts only as an intermediary and is not responsible for fraud, non-compliance, or issues between users.
• The artist is responsible in cases of non-compliance.
• Misuse of the platform may result in account suspension or termination.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of relevant changes within a reasonable timeframe.
